TEAM SUCCESS
Congratulations to local lady Sarah O Connor who has been selected as a member of the Waterford U14 B County Camogie Squad. This is a fantastic achievement for Sarah and we are all very proud of her and look forward to watching her competing.
RECENT DEATH
We extend our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Ruth Gamble, late of Cullinagh who died recently. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Edwina, son David, her sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren and all her relatives, friends and neighbours. Ruth’s funeral service was celebrated in St. Mary’s Church, Kilmeaden with burial in the adjoining cemetery. May she rest in peace.
YOUR NOTES
We now have many new residents in our area, and we extend a very warm welcome to them all. We need to let everyone know about what is happening within or clubs and organisation and encourage people to get involved in community life. If you would like me to include any information in these notes or would like to give a shout out to Paddy who turned 80, or Peggy Sue who just got married, Lucy who graduated or got a new job, Petulia who had a baby or your dog Rover who found a bone, then please contact me by Thursday evening of each week.
