A Little Prince.

Heartiest congratulations to Ali Giani, Carriganure and her partner Patrick Doyle who welcomed their beautiful son into the world last week. Marco Claudio weighed in at a whopping 9llb 7oz and has brought tremendous joy to all his extended family. I know grandparents Claudio and Deirdre are floating on cloud nine and will jump at the chance of babysitting. We wish this little family every happiness in the world and we look forward to watching Marco grow up.

Dawn Players.

Our local adult drama group are now in their 21st year and have brought us some very fine productions over the years. This year they bring us Seperate Beds by Sam Cass. This romantic farce will have you laughing heartily and is certainly one to be seen. The play will run from Wednesday March 9th to Saturday March 12th in Ballyduff National school hall at 8pm nightly. All proceeds from the play will go towards Ballyduff Community Centre. Tickets cost just €12 and are available by call or text to 087 4487648. This is a wonderful production and they really deserve our support so treat yourself to a good laugh.
